Key Responsibilities:

  3. Manage calendars and schedules for executives or team members, optimizing time management and prioritizing tasks.
  4. Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  5. Facilitate communication between internal teams, external partners, and clients, ensuring prompt responses and resolution of queries.
  6. Maintain accurate records and databases, updating information regularly and ensuring data integrity.
  7. Assist in project coordination and tracking, monitoring progress and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  8. Provide administrative support as needed, including drafting correspondence, managing email correspondence, and handling inquiries.
  9. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  7. Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
